We're hiring: Email Marketing Specialist (Remote)

ARCO™ is a fast-growing premium music poster brand — and we're looking for someone to own our email channel end to end.

We've built a list of 20,000+ subscribers. Now we need the right person to turn it into a real revenue engine.

What you'll be doing:

• Migrating us to Klaviyo and setting up core flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)
• Running campaigns to our existing list — from copywriting to segmentation to send
• Building and optimising automations that drive repeat purchases
• Reporting on what's working and iterating fast

You're probably a good fit if you:

• Have hands-on Klaviyo experience (this is a must)
• Understand DTC e-commerce — ideally lifestyle or gifting brands
• Can write decent copy, or work closely with someone who can
• Fluent in English (bonus: polish or german)
• Are comfortable being the only person on this — no big team, no hand-holding
